TERMS & CONDITION

1. SELECTION OF BEVERAGE & WEDDING FLOW

a. Imported House Wine
b. Selection beer : Bintang
c. Imported Spirits : Vodka, Rum, Gin, Tequila, Whisky
d. Soft Drinks : Coke, Sprite, Fanta, Soda Water, Tonic Water
e. Juices : Orange, Mango, Pineapple, Guava

2. SEQUENCES

a. Welcome drinks are served upon guest arrival before ceremony.
b. Cocktails, mocktails, juices, and soft drink are served after the ceremony.
c. Wines are served during dinner time.
d. All alcohol will served after dinner (after party) until 11.55 PM.

3. BAR PACKAGE

a. Listed price for Bar Package is included with free flow beverage (3 kind of mocktails, 3 kind of cocktails, 3 kind of soft drink, 4 kind of juice, infused water).
b. There is no corkage fee for any alcohol brought by the guest to the event with purchase of any beverage package.
c. Our bar package include 1 all-purpose bar set up. If a 2 bar set up requested and additional surcharge of IDR 2.000.000 is applicable.
d. Menus are priced to include Mixologist, Bartender, or Bar Back, all bar equipment, glass wares, garnish, napkin, dishwashing, clearing up.

4. SERVICE OF ALCOHOL LAW

a. Bartender and server bar have the right to refuse alcohol if in belief that a person is highly intoxicated.
b. Bartender and server bar have the right to refuse service to persons under 18 years of age.

5. DRINK TASTING

We will provide the client free drink tasting for 2 persons if they confirm to use our service otherwise drink tasting charge will be applied (50% of the chosen menu price/person and minimum 2 person charge applied). We will require minimum 1 week notification of drink tasting date, to make sure we have enough time to deliver the same quality of drink and service.

6. DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS

a. 50% of the total amount is required to confirm a booking and to secure the existing price. Without deposit, your booking will be released without further notifications and prices may change for future reservations.
b. The final Payment must have been received in our account at latest 7 days prior to the event date.
c. The cancelation decided by the client caused by any condition (including force majeure), maximum allowance 1 (one) month before the event date, 30% of the total amount deposit received will be refunded. Full refund is not applicable
